Experience
- Must have 10+ years IT experience.
- Must have PM exp of 6+ years and PMP Certified
- Should have good experience in managing end to end IT /software project delivery management, stakeholder management, team handling, reporting, SDLC processes, etc
- Should have Agile project execution methodology experience.
- Excellent Customer Facing skills.
- Telecom domain knowledge is a must.
Technical skills
- Build tool - Maven
- CI-CD tools - Jenkins/bitbucket-pipeline - Suggested.
- Containerization tool - Docker, Kubernetes
- Scripting languages - Bash Shell scripting
- Application server - Apache tomcat
- Configuration Management tool - Ansible
- Monitoring tools - Grafana, Prometheus, Cloud watch
- Logs streaming, analysis and monitoring tool - EFK/ELK (Elastic search/Fluentd/Logstash, Kibana)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Delivery of projects to the customer.
- Have worked Telecom experience in various modules or Products
- Assist in the creation of splice plans, test plans, system as-builts and other documentation.
- Ensure activities are performed correctly by contractors and vendors
- Proficient knowledge with container systems like Docker & container orchestration like EC2 Container Service, Kubernetes along with CI/CD pipeline
- Leading activities required to maintain and complete all project documentation.
- Monitoring projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress/quality, managing issue resolution as necessary.
- To identify opportunities, escalating issues and variances to budget where necessary
- Promoting and monitoring compliance of application development activities with audit and information risk policies
- Communicating effectively to a wide spectrum of audience in writing and verbally
- Works closely with other Leads/Managers to schedule and assign project related task related tasks and activities
- Manages and monitors all work activities provided.
- Clearly identify gaps in project delivery – time, cost, resource, deliverables, and escalate as appropriate.
- Developing and maintaining project plans to track critical path tasks, dependencies, and requirements through the project lifecycle.
