Sumanth Konuru

Founder & CEO

Sumanth has been the driving force for the company since its inception and has always believed in “Value Addition” as the mantra for Customer Success. Having been in the Telco space for more than 25 years, he was instrumental in conceiving the need for a world-class BSS platform which has resulted in Knot Solutions’ own BSS Cloud platform.

Prior to starting Knot Solutions, Sumanth worked in Comverse, Atos Origin & TechMahindra (Satyam), where he handled several critical roles impacting customer business and revenues. He has successfully led several large IT Telco Transformations with millions of customer base.

Sumanth is an avid book reader and is passionate about sports like Cricket.

Ranjith Movva

Founder & COO

Ranjith is a dynamic people leader with a solution-oriented mindset and a humane touch to his operating style.

Ranjith has more than 25 years of experience in Service Delivery, Operational Efficiency, Sales, Pre-Sales, handling large teams, and driving towards excellence. He has this uncanny ability to identify solutions and bring unique perspectives to an existing solution. He has played a major role in the setup and development of the R&D division at Knot Solutions.

Prior to starting Knot Solutions, Ranjith worked in Convergys, Atos Origin & Sema, where he handled several critical roles impacting customer business and revenues.

Ranjith is an avid book reader and is passionate about learning new technologies.

Radhakrishna Palakurthi

CTO

Radhakrishna, a.k.a. ‘Radha,’ is an industry veteran with more than 40 years of experience in Product Development, Delivery Management, and Consulting in Telecom and BFSI Verticals. Radha is the founding member of the Telecom Division at Satyam (now Tech Mahindra).

At Knot Solutions, Radha is heading the BSS platform division.

Prior to Knot Solutions, Radha has built practices and teams and delivered several critical projects successfully in Amdocs, Satyam, Andhra Bank & ECIL.

Srinivas Oleti

CFO

Srinivas brings more than 25 years of experience in managing and supervising financial and accounting operations of large multi-site multi-vertical organizations.

Prior to Knot Solutions, Srinivas worked with PWC, NFCL.

Amruth Kumar

Global Head - Product & Services

Amruth has more than 30 years of experience in IT & Telco. He has worked with major Telcos across MEA, APAC, and India. He has been part of the evolution of technologies in the IT landscape over the years.

Amruth believes in the principle that a ‘Happy Employee’ is the key to a ‘Happy Customer,’ and this mantra has helped him deliver Customer Success over the years.

Before Knot Solutions, Amruth worked with Huawei Technologies, Airtel-India & Nigeria, and IBM.

Amruth is an avid traveler and wildlife photographer and enjoys reading books.

Aparna Oruganti

Regional Head - MEA

Aparna has more than 20 years of experience in working effectively with multinational clients based in the USA, APAC, MEA, and India.

Aparna brings in her Sales and Customer Management experience for Customer Success – Customer Relationship Management, Customer Satisfaction, and Growth. Aparna is part of the Account Management, Account Mining, and Sales support for the ME&A regions.

Prior to Knot Solutions, Aparna worked at Bank of America, USA.

Umesh Chandra Behera

Regional Director - APAC

Umesh has more than 25 years of Sales experience in Enterprise software solutions like BSS products and Services, Customer communications management, EBPP, DMS & workflow solutions, Telecom products, Computer hardware and peripherals, office automation products, and solutions across industries and verticals across SAARC and the APAC region.

Umesh brings in his experience in Enterprise Solution Sales (across multiple domains), Key Account Management, Business Development, Sales Training, Alliances Management, S & M strategy, Negotiation, and Team Management.

Prior to Knot Solutions, Umesh worked with SunTec Business Solutions, Oracle Corporation, and Intense Technologies Limited.

Padmaja Nair

Delivery Director - APAC

Padmaja has more than 25 years of experience in developing and leading high-performance cross-functional teams, managing large operations across diverse business sectors: IteS and Telecom.

Padmaja brings her experience to Startup, Ramp up, Fix, and Steady-state operations for a customer.  Customer Experience Management is her strength with her ability to create and execute innovative solutions and strong project management and deployment skills.

Prior to Knot Solutions, Padmaja worked with Reliance Communications, BPL Mobile, and Tata Teleservices.

Sridhar Gogineni

Delivery Director - India

Sridhar has more than 20 years of rich experience in Delivery Leadership, Program Management, Project Management, System Integration, Solution Architecture & Design, Development, Data Migration, and implementation, pre-sales.

Sridhar brings in his experience to Deliver projects, Customer Engagement, Customer Management, Governance, Quality Assurance, Competency Development, People Management, People Leadership & Capability Building.

Prior to Knot Solutions, Sridhar worked with EDS & Idea Cellular Ltd.

Venkatesan Srinivasan

Head - Global HR

Venkatesan Srinivasan (Venkat) has over 20 years of experience in managing Human Resources and enabling organisations in its growth. He has supported organizations in its IPO process and in supporting the organizations growth both in terms of Organic and Inorganic growths.

He has worked across multiple industries like Services, Consulting, Aerospace, Airports and new Age Technology Product/Services across North America, MEA, APAC, and India.

Prior to joining KNOT Solutions,  he was with VS Strategic Business Consulting, GMR Hyderabad International Airport, B/E Aerospace, Kinematic Services, PromoKAP, UNIMONI Global Business Services, Virtusa and GSS Infotech.

He pursued his masters from IBS, Hyderabad specializing in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development. He also holds certifications in “Building Talent and Leadership” from RBL Group, USA and “Leadership Development” from GRID International.

He is an avid traveller, podcaster and enjoys learning about different distinct cultures within the Indian Diaspora.

Mr. Chandra Mohan

Mr. Jagdish Kini has 28 years’ global executive experience, including 9 years as MD and CEO, in companies such as Procter & Gamble, L’Oréal, Gillette, and Airtel, and over 15 years’ experience as a consultant and CEO/executive coach.

Jagdish Kini is an alumnus of CEDEP-INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France). Jagdish is a certified professional coach and is the former president of the international Coaching Federation Bangalore Chapter. He is a global resource coach with CoachA(Japan), Acuity (UK), and TLC (USA).

Jagdish enjoys mentoring young executives and entreprenuers through his reach-out programs Coffee with Kini and Unleash Your Potential.
