Education and Qualifications
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications: Industry-standard credentials like PMP (Project Management Professional), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), ITIL, or DevOps certifications.
Core Technical Skills
- SDLC & DevOps: Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Tools: Proficiency with deployment and tracking tools like Jira, Jenkins, Git, and release automation platforms.
- Governance: Knowledge of change management standards, risk mitigation, and release readiness criteria
- Telecom Domain: Mandatory candidate should have Telecom domain experience.
Experience and Soft Skills
- Experience: 4- 6+ years in release management, IT project management, or software deployment coordination.
- Communication: Exceptional cross-team coordination to bridge technical engineering and non-technical business stakeholders.
Leadership: Ability to manage release calendars, drive go/no-go decisions under pressure, and enforce best practices across multiple product squads
