Required Skillset :
- Expertise in Linux/Unix server administration, SQL/PLSQL, and scripting languages (Shell/Python).
- Analyze logs, system traces, and error dumps for complex application or interface issues.
- Provide support in data reconciliation, process automation, and defect analysis.
- In-depth understanding of BSS/OSS modules: CRM, Billing, Mediation, Order Management, and Integration frameworks
